A Therapy Group for
Middle School Students with ADHD
(Grades 6-8)

Group will be held on Tuesdays from 4-5pm beginning October 13, 2026 at the LEAF Collaborative Office.

This fidget themed therapy group will meet weekly for 8 sessions and cover the following skills:

  1. Focus

  2. Interpersonal skills

  3. Distress tolerance

  4. Grounding

  5. Emotional Regulation

  6. Tuning in

  7. Self-Care
