Mandy Sullivan
LIMHP, LCSW
Mandy Sullivan is a licensed independent mental health practitioner (LIMHP) and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
Prior to graduation she completed an internship at Munroe Meyer Institute for Genetics and Rehabilitation at the University of Nebraska Medical Center where she was co-lead intern and a participant in the LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disorders) program. Since completing her degree in 2009, Mandy has grown professionally in the following positions:

Outpatient therapist at Child Guidance Center (now HopeSpoke) providing therapy to K-12 students as part of their school-based program.

Medical social worker, member of an interdisciplinary team, York General Hospital.

Volunteer for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for York County.
For the past 7 years Mandy has co-owned and provided therapy services in private practice at LEAF Collaborative.
Mandy is strength-based and advocates empowerment to assist with goal accomplishment. She promotes an individualized and evidence-based approach to treatment, assisting clients in learning and implementing a variety of new skills, while integrating techniques she has been trained in which include:

Mandy is also a PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) certified practitioner, an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and has been trained in TCIT (Teacher Child Interaction Training). In the past 2 years she has had the opportunity provide training in the community on sand-tray and art therapy to other behavioral health providers in the Lincoln, Nebraska community.

Dru Beeman
LIMHP, LCSW
Dru Beeman is a licensed independent mental health (LIMHP) and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
Dru has been working in the behavioral health field since obtaining her master’s degree in 2009. She has worked in the healthcare, non-profit, and private practice sectors of social work. Including the following professional roles:

Adjunct professor for the CYAF (child youth and families) program at UNL (the University of Nebraska at Lincoln)
For the past 9 years Dru has co-owned and provided therapy services in private practice at LEAF Collaborative.
Dru specializes in working with complex trauma and attachment issues across the lifespan (infancy through adulthood). She encourages healing and growth through collaborative use of evidence-based treatment modalities by assisting clients in learning and implementing a variety of new skills, while integrating techniques she has been trained in which include:
